• Land & Property: A brand new search engine integrated directly into the app (more on this below).

2. Introducing "Techie": Your AI Co-Pilot

Perhaps the most exciting addition to Beta 2.0 is the button labeled "Techie."

In previous versions, AI was running in the background. In Beta 2.0, we have given it a personality and a front-seat interface. Techie is your dedicated AI Design Assistant. Think of Techie not as a chatbot, but as a highly skilled architectural intern who never sleeps and has memorized the entire International Building Code (IBC).

What can Techie do?

The new Land & Property module brings this data inside the firewall. You can search for parcels, filter by zoning type (e.g., "R-2 Residential"), and instantly pull that parcel into the Context Report generator. It streamlines land acquisition from hours to minutes.
